Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Amanda Seaman and I can proudly attest to selling dreams and closing realities.

I am a born and raised California gal, but Texas is where I now call home. My family is where my heart lies. I am a proud wife to my husband Spencer and a loving mommy to our son Beau. Our rescue dog Safari, makes our little family complete.

In addition to the daily joys of home and family life, I thoroughly enjoy traveling, I'm a lover of live music, and dancing to my favorite Zumba beats at my local gym. I have an immense passion for learning and seek out opportunities to volunteer and lend a helping hand when the opportunity arises. I've been blessed with a outgoing spirit, which allows me to connect with people from all different walks of life.

I am a diligent, dedicated and determined individual. I pride myself on the focus and drive I have for personal and professional growth, as well as success. My parents instilled in me from an early age, the importance of hard work, perseverance and commitment, which I am beyond grateful for.

Before relocating to Texas with my husband, I attended San Jose State University and graduated with a degree in Public Relations and a minor in Business Management. I knew without a doubt, I would pursue a career that allowed me to work closely with and help people on a daily basis. Prior to my real estate endeavors, I was employed as a sales manager at renowned luxury spa in downtown Austin. I absolutely enjoyed providing a world-class experience and interacting with the clients.

So what is it that I do, you may ask? I proudly and confidently assist buyers, sellers and real estate investors with a resourceful and innovative approach that allows for their needs and goals to be met. In addition, I serve buyers and investors by utilizing my skills to locate properties that match their targeted criteria.
